How to Measure Your Head
Use a soft tape measure. Wrap it around your head about 1cm above your ears and across the mid-forehead. Don't pull too tightly. If your measurement is between sizes, round up to the nearest centimeter.
How to Measure Your Chest/Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
How to Measure Your Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso.
How to Measure Your Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape goes over your buttocks.

"One Size Fits Most" (OSFM)
Some caps are adjustable (OSFM). These generally fit head circumferences from 54cm to 62cm (US Size 6 3/4 to 7 3/4). This provides flexibility, but for a precise fit, we recommend a sized hat.
